- Do I need an account to start?
- Yes, and it takes a moment. An account gives you 10 free shipments, each tracked continuously until it's delivered, plus teammates and analytics. Viewing a shipment someone shared with you needs no account at all.
- Which carriers and forwarders do you cover?
- The major ocean carriers plus NVOCCs and forwarders (Expeditors, Hecny, OEC, and more), with new ones added regularly.
- Do I have to check for updates?
- No. Once a reference is on your board, we poll the carriers and terminals for you and update it automatically until it's complete. Times are shown as the carrier publishes them, labelled with their zone, so a last free day never shifts by a day.
- What counts as a shipment?
- One container, bill of lading, or booking number, tracked from booking to delivery. Re-tracking a reference you've already added is always free.
- When am I charged?
- Pay as you go charges only when you buy shipments — upfront, through Stripe, never auto-charged. A subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews monthly through Stripe; cancel anytime.
- How do I get API access?
- API access comes with a subscription (or a custom plan) — it isn't available on pay as you go. Subscribe, and every shipment in your monthly amount can be tracked from your own systems through the API.
- What if I use all my shipments while on a subscription?
- Add more at any time. Say you subscribed for 100 shipments a month but need 112 one month — add the extra shipments the moment you need them, at $1 each, and they draw from the same shared pool.
- Do credits expire? Is there a maximum?
- Credits never expire and there's no ceiling — track 10 or 10,000. Your free allowance, teammate bonuses, and purchases share one pool.
