Haohua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is the Vietnamese manufacturing arm of Shandong Haohua Tire Co., Ltd, registered in May 2023 and built on a 43-hectare site in the Minh Hung Sikico Industrial Park in Binh Phuoc, roughly 50 miles north of Ho Chi Minh City. Phase 1 cost about US$500 million, started production on 28 October 2024 and was formally inaugurated on 14 December 2024 with an annual capacity of 14.4 million tyres; a US$280 million second phase adds 31 hectares and 10 million tyres a year, taking the site to 24.4 million tyres annually. The plant makes both semi-steel radials for cars and light vehicles and all-steel truck and bus radials, the same two HS lines that dominate its US customs record. Since February 2025 it has shipped 4,752 recorded US ocean consignments — 119 of them between 1 January and 18 August 2026, worth about US$26.0 million CIF across 413 TEU — mostly out of Vung Tau into Los Angeles, Long Beach, Mobile and Houston under the Zenna, Pegasus and Camden brand names. Its largest arm's-length US buyer is American Pacific Industries; its second-largest consignee is the group's own North American affiliate.
