Track and Trace
A shipment is one container, bill of lading or booking number, tracked continuously until it is complete. Re-tracking a reference you already added is free.

The 7-day trial applies to the subscription: start one, and for seven days you have the full monthly amount and API access without charge. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is billed; otherwise the first month is charged when the trial ends. Pay-as-you-go credits and the free allowance are not a trial — they are yours to keep.
Supplier directory and AI sourcing agent
- Price: free. There is no paid tier for the directory or the agent.
- Without an account: browse every profile; one agent search a day.
- With a free account: up to 40 agent searches an hour, and contact details (address, phone, website from the customs record) shown one company at a time.
- Exports: none. The directory is for searching and shortlisting; bulk download, scraping and resale are not permitted (terms). There is no API for directory data.
Sourcing inquiry
Submitting an inquiry is free and needs no account. If we propose paid sourcing work, the scope and fees are agreed in writing before anything starts.
API access
- Included with a subscription (from the first day of the trial) and with custom plans; not available on pay as you go.
- Every shipment in your monthly amount can be tracked from your own systems; the same pool is shared between the app and the API.
- Reference at /api. Coverage is live at
GET /v2/carriers; the docs list which carriers are tracked and which are only recognized.
Exports
- Shipments: download your board as CSV from the app (account holders), or pull everything through the API on a subscription.
- Your account data: a machine-readable export on request — see your rights.
- Directory data: not exportable.

Exceeding a limit returns a clear message (or HTTP 429 on the API) and never charges you. Higher API limits are available on request.
