The Airtech® refrigerated dryer three-in-one evaporator (PCR), a compact multi-stage all-aluminum heat exchanger, adopts a brazed bar and plate structure design, with the integrated functions of "pre-cooling, cooling and reheating". The product is suitable for compressed air drying systems. The product successfully addresses the problems such as single functionality and insufficient flexibility of the traditional refrigerated dryers. With the integrated multi-stage design, PCR meets different flow and pressure requirements and flexibly matches with the systems of different scales; meanwhile, it can optimize the thermal energy utilization, reduce the energy consumption and balance the performance with cost effectiveness, providing more efficient compressed air drying solutions for factories.
