This ensures that they retain their original natural flavour and aroma without colouring agents, added sugar or preservatives. Delicious fruit purees that can be used directly in sorbets, ice cream, coulis, cocktails, smoothies, tarts, and many other dishes.

Ingredients: 100% pure fruit - frozen pasteurized product.

Preparation: Ice Cream: Remove from the packaging and defrost at room temperature (2.5 hours) or in a refrigerator overnight. Rapid defrosting is possible by microwave on defrost. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
