Diced Butternut Squash

No more laborious peeling and chopping of butternut squash. The butternut squash can be prepared in the pot, in the steamer or in the oven and is the ideal base for a tasty soup or a flavoursome ingredient in various oven dishes.

Preparation: Oven: Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven. Pot: Place in boiling water and bring back to boil. For cooking time, follow the instructions on the packaging. Combisteamer: Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste. (see timetable)
