This colourful mix certainly lives up to its name. The combination of sugar snap peas, baby carrots, broccoli, romanesco and cauliflower create a taste explosion. Gala Mix is easy to prepare in a steamer, saucepan or in the microwave and is a superb accompaniment for any type of meat, fish or poultry.

Ingredients: Carrots, romanesco, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap (in variable proportions)

Preparation: Microwave: Put the desired quantity of product in a microwave bowl, cover and cook, stirring well. Pot: Place in boiling water and bring back to boil. For cooking time, follow the instructions on the packaging.
