A grilled mix that’s full of character thanks to an appetising combination of colours and flavours, with grilled yellow and green zucchini, grilled peppers and oven-dried marinated tomatoes. Great as antipasti, in a salad or as a side dish to accompany fish, meat, pasta or veggie dishes. The sun on your plate!

Ingredients: Grilled green zucchini (zucchini and sunflower oil) 33%, grilled yellow zucchini 33%, grilled red pepper 26%, and oven-dried marinated tomato 8% (tomatoes, sunflower oil, salt, garlic and oregano).

Preparation: Oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C. Thinly coat frozen vegetable mix with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 15 minutes, stirring 1-2 times. Pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen vegetable mix and cook on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir regularly.
