Colourful, full of freshness and delicious, our Greek-inspired salad is a surprising mix of orzo, marinated ovendried tomatoes, orange and green lentils, black olives, red onion, grilled yellow peppers and wild garlic. The savoury flavour of the lentils is balanced beautifully with the spiciness of the wild garlic and the soft sweetness of the grilled peppers. The sweet mustard dressing finishes the salad. Perfect as a nutritious lunch or varied side dish.

Ingredients: Risoni (water, durum wheat semolina) (gluten), vegetables [marinated OSD tomato (tomato, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, oregano), red onion, grilled yellow pepper], lentils (water, orange lentils, green lentils), dressing [seasoning (salt, sugar, spices (with mustard), carrot, dextrose, lemon juice powder, citrus fibre, raw cane sugar, herbs, spice extracts, maltodextrin), water, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar (water, white wine vinegar), mustard (water, spices: mustard seeds, turmeric, vinegar, salt), olive oil], black olives (olive, salt), wild garlic.

Preparation: Defrost: Defrost the bag in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. After defrosting, always store in a cool place (max. 7°C) and consume within 72 hours, including the defrosting time. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Microwave: Defrost 300g at 600W for 3 minutes, stirring halfway. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
