Mix for potato tortilla

Quick-frozen prefried potatoes.

Ingredients: Potato 93 %, Sunflower Oil 7 %.

Preparation: Pan: Pour bag contents into a pan without defrosting; heat for 6 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally. Beat 8–10 eggs with salt to taste (mix contains no salt). Stir in the hot potato mix. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add egg–potato mixture and cook 3–4 minutes on medium-high. Flip with a plate and cook another 3–4 minutes.
