Mix for potato tortilla with onion

Quick-frozen prefried potatoes and onions.

Ingredients: Fried potato 85 % (potato, sunflower oil), fried onion 15 % (onion, sunflower oil).

Preparation: Pan: Pour bag contents into a pan without defrosting; heat for 6 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally. Beat 8–10 eggs with salt to taste (mix contains no salt). Stir in the hot potato mix. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add egg–potato mixture and cook 3–4 minutes on medium-high. Flip with a plate and cook another 3–4 minutes.
