The Retro Vegetable Mix is a medley of roughly chopped Jerusalem artichoke, parsnip, celeriac, pumpkin, carrots and red onions. The ingredients are perfectly blended to achieve the ideal balance of colour, flavour and preparation time. Perfect served with steamed or baked fish, meat or poultry. Makes an ideal basis for a delicious vegetable stew.

Ingredients: parsnip, celeriac, yellow carrots, pumpkin, Jerusalem artichoke, Red onion, orange carrots.

Allergens: Celery

Preparation: Oven: Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven. Pot: Place in boiling water and bring back to boil. For cooking time, follow the instructions on the packaging.
