Sweet potato fries

gluten-free Sweet potatoes are a strong trend worldwide. Following on from the precooked sweet potato cubes and puree, we are now also launching fries. These are very crispy and have a full, sweet flavour. What’s more, the fries are gluten-free.

Ingredients: Sweet potatoes 86%, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sun ower oil, in varying proportions), rice our, modi ed potato starch, potato dextrin, maize our, salt, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates, stabiliser: xanthan gum, colours: paprika extracts, curcumin.

Preparation: Oven: Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven. Deep Fryer: Fry the frozen product in a deep fryer.
