This herb mix has been given even more flavour balance with the addition of galangal, a true classic among Thai herbs. This herb mix adds a delicious flavour to Thai dishes, soups, sauces and marinades.

Ingredients: Coriander, lemon grass, shallots, ginger, garlic, lime leaves, red chilli and galangal 2%. Contains naturally occurring sulphites.
