Ingredients: water, durum whole wheat flour

Allergens: Gluten

Preparation: Microwave: (850W) Place the desired quantity of product in a non metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook stirring occasionally (see timetable). (350W) Rapid defrosting is possible by microwave (see timetable). Pot: Place the frozen pasta in boiling water and bring back to boil. Drain and season to taste (see timetable)
