Ingredients: Green courgettes: ca. 35%, yellow courgettes: ca 35%, date tomate: ca. 20%, sliced red onions: ca. 10%

Preparation: Oven: Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven. Pan: Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of product in the frying pan and cook at medium heat stirring well. Combisteamer: Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
