About this product

Amorphous ethylene-propylene rubber with a low ENB (ethylidene norbornene) content and a low Mooney viscosity. The polymer has a low level of ENB, which results in cure characteristics compatible with butyl rubber. Advantages of EPDM-Butyl blends (compared to 100% butyl) are improved heat- and ozone resistance, lower raw material costs and lower compound costs through increased addition levels of filler and oil. Typical application areas for the product are inner tubes (blend with butyl rubber) and geo membranes (blend with butyl rubber).

Brand: Keltan® Regional Stabilizer: Non staining Packaging: Cardboard box; EVA bale wrap; 36 standard bales (900 kg). Storage Conditions: The product should be stored dry and at temperature < 30°C. Exposure to light has to be avoided. Product Safety: Relevant safety data and references as well as the possibly necessary warning labels are to be found in the safety data sheet. Shelf Life: 36 months from date of production stored at above mentioned conditions. Supply Form: Standard bales
