2025 Sparkling Rosé

The Sparkling Rosé is crafted from grapes from our own estate grown fruit. It’s bursting with red cherry and strawberry aromas, topped off with hints of rose petals and sweet spice. The palate is lively, with zesty pink grapefruit acidity and crisp, refreshing bubbles.

Growing Conditions: It was an early start to vintage, due to warmer and drier than average conditions. The first white grapes were picked in late January, with the last of the reds in the winery by the first week of March. Some challenging conditions, however with the hard work by both vineyard and winery teams, we saw some excellent potential from harvested fruit.
