Tight connections between hose sections, pipes, and other components – even with detours We offer custom-designed angle fittings made from a wide range of materials and with various external contours – the perfect complement to our nipple and connection fittings. External milled surfaces and position-oriented cross-bores are produced in a single manufacturing operation, ensuring precise alignment. High surface quality and tight tolerances can also be achieved for internal geometries. By integrating all processing steps into one manufacturing cycle, we eliminate quality issues caused by handling and contribute to cost-efficient production. Burr formation at intersecting bores and cross-bores is reliably and efficiently removed during the same manufacturing operation using state-of-the-art tool technologies. A unique feature is our self-developed 360° end-of-line camera inspection for chip-free surfaces (including comma-shaped chips), such as in O-ring grooves. This helps prevent future issues in hard-to-inspect areas – particularly contamination and leakage caused by foreign particles.
