The plastic cooling pad is made of polypropylene. It is specially designed for the alternative of paper cooling pad which has defects difficult to clean, short service life, etc. The plastic cooling pad has a long service life and can be cleaned with a high-pressure water gun. It is widely used for pig house for air treatment, deodorizing, air cooling etc.

It is available in the customary cool pad dimensions, 1,000 / 1,200 / 1,500 / 1,800/ etc, and width can be in 300mm or 600mm, and can therefore replace paper pads without any problem.

The frame and parts are made of UV-resistant PVC or stainless steel. A high-pressure cleaner can be used to spray the plastic cooling pad. Regular cleaning prevents algae growth, boosts hygiene and ensures soiling does not reduce the cooling capacity of the pad. The plastic pads have a life time that is five times longer than the regular paper cooling pads.

In working with the PVC or steainless steel pad frame system it delivers effective cooling air in poultry and pig sheds
