Bio-based, high-performance silicone-free additive for reducing water absroption of coatings.

Exilva ® is a next-generation, 100% bio-based, EU Ecolabel-compliant, VOC- and silicone-free additive designed to significantly reduce water absorption in paints and coatings while maintaining vapor permeability, adhesion, and recoatability .

Its patented technology reduces the water uptake by mechanically restricting the swelling of the coating without forming a hydrophobic barrier.
