The baggage carousel is designed with contoured rubber or stainless steel flights forming a continuous, flat rotating surface to receive the bags directly from a feeding conveyor or by manual placement for bag claim applications.

There are 2 types of baggage carousels which are inclined carousels and flat carousels.

It can be used as claim device at the Arrival hall wherein the bags are claimed by passengers.

All inbound carousel surfaces exposed to the public are made of (304) stainless steel.

The bags moving on this endless loop are sorted to dollies manually, if this device is used at apron area for make-up purpose.

The outbound carousel cladding is made of mild steel.

It can be configured into O-shape, U-shape, T-shape and L-shape.

Drive components are adequately sized to suit the live load and speed of the conveyor and are rated for long life, 24 hours per day operation.
