Each check-in position is provided with scale conveyor mounted on a four load cell type base frame, label conveyor for tagging of the bags and the corresponding induction conveyor for proper injection of bags onto take away conveyor.

After the luggage has been weighed, labelled and tagged, the operator will switch ‘ON’ the scale conveyor for automatic induction of the luggage into a take away conveyor (collector).

The tilted induction conveyor makes sure that the standing bags are tipped before entering the conveying stream.
