150ml mold release agent — bench-sized for vacuum-forming prep. Coats reusable masters to reduce adhesion during vacuum forming, protecting molds and speeding up trial pulls and small production runs.

Apply, form, cool, release — an easy 4-step workflow. Apply a thin, even coat to the master, vacuum-form the heated sheet, allow the part to cool fully, then gently separate the formed part.

Reduces sticking to common thermoplastics. The release layer helps prevent hot thermoplastic sheets from gripping masters—safeguarding reusable 3D-printed, clay, or wood prototypes during demolding.

Perfect for vacuum-formed molds, packaging prototypes, cosplay parts, model making, and maker projects that use reusable master molds.

Good to Know

Recommended for PETG and HIPS films. Rigid sheets like PETG and HIPS grip the master as they cool, so a release coat matters most here. Flexible films such as TPU usually pull away on their own — reach for the mold release agent when the master has tight detail or steep walls.

Test before a full run. Apply to a small area first, especially if the master will be painted, coated, bonded, or reused for visible-surface parts.

Use a thin, even layer. Over-application can transfer to the formed part and may need cleaning before painting, coating, or bonding.

Release agent cannot fix poor mold geometry. Add draft where possible and avoid deep undercuts; rigid sheets can still lock onto a master if there is no release path.
