Cauliflower is a very popular vegetable with many people. Cauliflower is not only a tasty vegetable, it is also full of vitamins. Preserved cauliflower has many uses and possibilities.

The cauliflower processed by TOP is grown for us by an established group of growers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our growers are carefully selected based on their performance and history. The growers deliver the fresh product which is then processed by TOP. We cut and sort the cauliflower into different sizes of florets. The stems are processed separately and diced.

Our cauliflower is mainly used in relishes such as piccalilli, but it is also used in salads or served pickled.

All of our products can be supplied in drums, crates, buckets or polybags.
