Flexible polyurethane conglomerate panel with high acoustic and thermal insulation properties.

ABSORDAN PREN 110 functions acoustically in flooring as an elastic element in a mass-spring-mass system or as an absorber between lightweight elements. It is ideal for renovation and DIY due to its easy installation. In new construction it meets the highest acoustic requirements. Its large format allows for greater surface coverage.

Solution that requires acoustic and thermal contribution under compression layer (SUF4).

Solutions in dry screed that require a high level of insulation against impact noise and reinforcement in airborne noise.

Solutions for machine rooms and high acoustic insulation requirements due to its high value of resistance to compression.

Being highly permeable, it is neither hydrophilic nor hygroscopic.

Chemically unactive, meaning it cannot cause or encourage microbial growth or the appearance of metal corrosion.

Apply to horizontal elements:

Clean the surface of the substrate by sweeping or brushing.

If there are holes in the substrate, fill or cover them.

Apply ABSORDAN PREN 110 covering the entire surface, placing the products end-to-end without leaving gaps between panels.

At the perimeters, before laying the edge boards, lay the perimeter decoupling agent higher than the final level of the finished flooring, the rest should be cut with a cutter when the complete solution has been laid out.

If mortar solutions are used, cover with polyethylene film. If IMPACTODAN 10 is used instead of film, an improvement in impact noise of approx. 6 dB can be achieved.

In the longitudinal joints of film/IMPACTODAN, use 70 overlapping TAPE to prevent the mortar from running into ABSORDAN PREN 110.

Pour the cement.

For dry screed solutions it is not necessary to cover the product with film or IMPACTODAN. The use of MAD acoustic membranes is recommended in this case to improve airborne sound insulation. Especially in lightweight solutions.

The products must always be installed dry and free of dust.

The use of other adhesives other than ABSORDAN GLUE will be specified directly by the manufacturer.

In the case of solving curved solutions, such as rounded pillars or embracing other systems, it is always recommended to reinforce their fixation with mechanical elements or taping.

Store in a dry place, protected from rain, sun, high and low temperatures.

No personal protection is required during transportation and handling.

Store the product in a dry place away from inclement weather.

When handling with sharp elements, take the necessary precautions in handling.

Stable product at room temperature, degradable with direct exposure to high temperatures.

In all cases, the Occupational Safety and Hygiene standards, as well as the standards of good construction practice, must be taken into account.
