About this product

Unprotected surface bituminous waterproofing membrane type LBM-40-FP (APP -10 ºC).

Composed of a non-woven polyester felt reinforcement, coated on both sides with a bitumen mastic modified with plastomers (foldability -10ºC), using a plastic film as an anti-adherent material on both sides. The bottom side is embossed.

As a slaking layer that serves to increase the mass of the single-ply membranes and improve adhesion to the substrate.

Single-layer waterproofing membrane underlay for waterproofing of roofs with heavy bonded protection.

Improved single-ply waterproofing membrane underlay for waterproofing of heavy non-bonded or floating roofs with heavy protection.

Increases performance on the site.

A better performing membrane than an oxyasphalt sheet of similar characteristics. It also performs better than a -5°C flexible modified bitumen sheet.

Better melting.

The membrane, composed of a polymer-modified bitumen mastic (foldability -10 ºC), offers excellent performance in both high and low temperatures compared to oxyasphalt sheets and modified bitumen sheets with foldability -5 ºC). It demonstrates superior plasticity, resistance to aging, and ensures a longer lifespan for the sheet, thereby ensuring the safety of the waterproofing membrane.

Allows for adaptation to any type of geometry.

Has good piercing protection from possible mechanical damage, derived from the occasional pedestrian traffic typical of flat roofs.
