About this product

One-component elastic liquid membrane, to protect and waterproof vertical and horizontal surfaces, prior to the installation of a final coating.

Waterproofing of walls and floors in bathrooms, showers, kitchens, wet rooms, balconies, terraces, window sills, etc., before applying the final coating.

Good adhesion to the substrate even on wet surfaces.

Good adhesion of the cement-based adhesive ARGOCOLA® ÉLITE 500, to the product, for laying the final coating with an initial bond strength of 1.3 N/mm², with cohesive breaking of the cement-based adhesive.

Good resistance to alkalinity.

Excellent elasticity, effective in bridging cracks in the substrate up to 3.42 mm.

Before applying the product on the support, make sure that it is dry and free of solid remains and irregularities. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C, or when there is a risk of rain in the following 48 hours. Apply by roller.

First repair the cracks and apply DANOBAND® Butyl in the corners. On very porous, absorbent or plaster supports, it is recommended to apply a layer of DANOPRIMER® W primer, which can be diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio or REVESTIDAN® Blue Tech, which can be diluted up to 10% with water for the first layer, all of which to achieve an adequate primer on this type of support. Once the first coat is dry, apply successive coats of undiluted product. A minimum of two additional coats is necessary. Wait for it to dry to apply the next layer. Apply in crossed coats, respecting the times between coats. REVESTIDAN® Blue Tech has a light blue color when wet, changing to a dark tone when dry. Useful indication to know when to apply the next layer. Drying time between coats is approximately 3 hours, and will vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity. After the application of the last coat, wait between 24 hours and 4 days, depending on the temperature and relative humidity, before applying the final coating. The final thickness of the membrane should not be less than 1 mm.

Clean tools with water right after finishing. If there is solid dirt, we recommend scraping it off.

Do not use on continuously flooded surfaces, swimming pools and tanks.

Protect from sunlight. It must always be under a liner.

For application on balconies and terraces, the product will be valid, solely and exclusively on those terraces or balconies that contain slopes > 1.5 and that thus direct the water to drains or with free outlet of water directly to the outside.

Store the product between 5°C and 30°C for a maximum period of 24 months.
