The Molding Department has 39 injection molding machines and 5 robots connected to the molding process, allowing a great production flexibility. The daily capacity is about 1,000,000 pieces, assembled and packaged under strict quality control.

We offer support in the design and management of any possible new plastic design proposal.

Some machines are assisted by robots to speed up operations and increase the degree of automation. Thanks to this, we are able to mould types of products even outside our native field, such as plastic components for automotive companies and various other sectors.

The materials most used in our company are: Polypropylene (PP). Recycled Polypropylene (PP) Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Polyamide (PA) Polyamide + glass fiber (GF) Polycarbonate (PC) Acrylic (PMMA) Polyethylene (PE) Polystyrene (PS)

In recent years we have invested in new, fully electrically powered injection moulding machines, which save 50% of energy consumption compared to previous generation hydraulic machines. They are also equipped with Wi-Fi technology for real-time data transmission. The injection moulding machines range from 80 to 400 tons.
