Third-party tensile tests verify its minimum breaking load hits 100KG, meeting the 2:1 safety factor standard of ANSI/ISEA 121 for working-at-height anti-fall tools. It safely holds tools under 50kg such as spanners, fishing pliers and flashlights. With years of experience in retractable steel cord manufacturing, we developed precise wire stranding craft to eliminate broken or twisted strands. The lanyard stays intact after 49 hours of continuous dynamic load stretching to prevent falling object accidents. Wrapped with modified weather-resistant PVC, this lanyard works steadily from -30℃ to 80℃. It avoids cracking and pulverization after 1200 hours of coastal salt spray exposure. After 10,000 stretch cycles, its rebound length only loses 3.2%, much better than the 15% attenuation rate of ordinary PVC coil cords.
