BM/TM are highly effective organometallic activators for UNICELL-D, adjusting its decomposition temperature to suit processing conditions and enabling gas release at lower temperatures, thereby reducing energy consumption. They are suitable for thermo-sensitive substrates or applications requiring reduced plasticizer fumes, producing whiter foams and discoloration-free expanded coatings while allowing a reduction in titanium dioxide usage without sacrificing whiteness.

Description
UNICELL-BM/TM are very strong organometallic activators for UNICELL-D. They adjust the decomposition temperature to make it suitable for the process.
In combination with UNICELL-BM/TM, foaming agents release gases at lower temperatures, thereby reducing energy consumption. They are especially suitable for thermo-sensitive substrates or applications requiring reduced plasticizer fumes. In addition, they produce whiter foams compared with foaming agents.
Coatings expanded with UNICELL-BM/TM combinations are free from discoloration and enable a reduction in the quantity of titanium dioxide without sacrificing whiteness.
