Description

UNICELL-DX series is designed for use in cellular injection molding and compression molding.

Each product of the series has unique production properties.

Among these are;

- Plate-out solid decomposition residues are eliminated.

- Mold discoloration is prevented, resulting in stain-free moldings.

- “Built-in nucleation” provides flexibility during processing.

- Physical properties of expanded foam are improved. (e.g., tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, and compression set)

Applications

UNICELL-DX series is particularly well suited for shoe sole applications. Each grade is commonly used in EVA and rubber press molding, as well as in PVC extrusion systems.
