About this product

Unicell masterbatch products are developed as a masterbatch of foaming agent for the expansion of EVA/LDPE resins. They consist of EVA/LDPE resins and a foaming agent.

Description

UNICELL-Master Batch products have been specially developed as a masterbatch of foaming agent for the expansion of EVA/LDPE resin.

UNICELL-Master Batch products consist of EVA/LDPE resin and a foaming agent.

The following advantages are achieved when using UNICELL-Master Batch for the expansion of EVA/LDPE resin.

- Prevents scattering of the foaming agent

- Reduces mixing time with base resin

- Provides excellent storage stability

- Reduces fire and explosion risks

- Prevents deterioration of the physical properties of the foamed part

Applications

UNICELL-MT series is designed for general-purpose compression molding of EVA and EVA blends with natural or synthetic rubbers and polyethylene. The series is well suited for the production of shoe soles and phylon sponges.

UNICELL-MT series can be used for producing extrusion and injection molded foams of PS, PP, PE, ABS, TPR, TPE, and other polymers.
