Smart Solid by STACBOND Solid aluminum system for façades Smart Solid by STACBOND is a solid aluminum panel with a thickness of 2 mm (0.079 in). Lightweight, resistant, and 100% recyclable. With an A1 fire rating, it is designed for ventilated façade projects with a unique combination of lightness, efficiency, and sustainable design.

Thinner. Lighter. Smarter. With only 2 mm (0.079 in) thickness compared to the usual 3 mm (0.118 in) of conventional solid aluminum or 4 mm (0.157 in) of composite panels. Smart Solid significantly reduces the weight per square meter, going from 8.1 kg/m² (1.66 lb/ft²) to just 5.44 kg/m² (1.11 lb/ft²).

Versatility: CNC Machinable Smart Solid is compatible with most traditional CNC routers, eliminating the need for laser cutting, which other solid panels usually require. Optimization: Pre-coated Aluminum Thanks to its precoating in our Coil Coating line, the panel avoids subsequent painting processes, even after being formed or machined.
