Filtro Carb P filters are disposable type pleated panels which offer extended surface filtration combined with odor control, designed to suit a wide variety of HVAC applications, including Hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, Food processing units, Restaurants, Airports, commercial buildings, etc. Filtro Carb P filters are available in MERV8 / G4 / EU4 efficiency. These filters come in 25mm, 45mm, and 95mm depths. These filters are recommended as a direct replacement for existing pleated air filters. In the Filtro Carb P model, the media is firmly bonded to a corrosion-resistant expanded metal mesh on the air-leaving side, providing durability and consistent performance. For the Filtro Carb PF model, the media is supported using PVC-coated wire mesh, kept straight on both sides for flat panel construction. The pleated media pack is securely encased in a heavy-duty metal frame using industrial-grade adhesive, ensuring a 100% leak-free seal. Optional frame materials include metal or plastic to suit various application requirements. The filter's robust and dual-function design offers both efficient gas-phase filtration and particulate capture, making it ideal for demanding HVAC environments.
