Filtro Cell V filters are the high efficiency minipleat compact filters made of micro-fine glass fiber media, available in a wide range of efficiencies from M6-F9 / MERV11-MERV15. Filtro Cell V is designed for HVAC installations where the highest level of air cleanliness is required. The compact design, larger surface area, and low initial resistance make them an ideal alternative to ordinary bag filters & box type filters of similar efficiencies. These models are also available with very high burst resistance, low pressure drop, and high dust holding capacity for extreme operating conditions such as gas turbine air intake, one filtration application. Operating Temperature 100℃ Final Pressure Drop 450 Pa / 1.8" WG Gasket Without (available upon request) Construction Filtro Cell V filters are made of water resistant micro-fine glass fiber filter media, closely pleated & separated by continuous thermoplastic bead separators. This design accommodates a very large quantity of filter media which offer a longer service life and low pressure drop. The minipleat media packs are arranged in perfect Vdesign and sealed to the enclosing frame. Single piece PU foam gasket is optional. Filtro Cell VGT model filters utilizes a special grade media offering very high dust holding capacity and the minipleat packs are backed with an additional plastic grid support on each media panel ensuring protection during operation at harsh conditions. All filters are fully sealed with PU. Filters are absolutely metal free and so are 100% incinerable. Filters can also be made in reverse flow design. These filters offers very high burst pressure, hence ideal for extreme operating conditions such as gas turbine air intake applications. Closely pleated & separated by continuous hotmelt bead separators Note: Other size having filter face size 20x24" operates at 80% air volume and filter face 12x24" operates at 50% of air volume of 24x24" . Pressure drop remains the same.
