Filtro Metallic FLST filters are permanent filters with layers of aluminium or stainless steel mesh of different screen sizes, depending upon applications. A variant with electrostatic filters in the same design is also offered by adding a sandwiched electrostatic layer. They are used in kitchen exhaust for grease trapping and also as a coalescing filter in HVAC and GT applications. Filters come in standard sizes, but tailor-made sizes are also offered. They are available in G2 filtration class with depths of 25mm, 48mm, and 98mm. The filter media use pleated layers of 14 screen aluminium mesh arranged in multi layers and encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. An additional expanded metal grid on upstream and downstream sides provides media support and strength to the filter. These filters offer very low resistance to airflow. Complete stainless steel construction model FLSTS is also available as an option. They are good to use even in very high temperatures since the construction is fully metallic. Filters will have a drain hole to pass the grease collected in kitchen exhaust applications. All filters are cleanable using detergent solutions and lukewarm water. Rinse the filters properly, dry and reuse. Model - Filtro Metallic FLA Filtro Metallic FLA filters are made of slitted aluminium media in 9-ply or 12-ply. Required layers of media is encased in a metal frame fastened by rivets to make a strong filter.
