Features The abbreviation of Draw Textured Yarn extended processing yarn, DTY. DTY is processed by using POY to change its shape through false twisting and stretching. It is characterized by bulkiness and good elastic shrinkage.

Function Processed yarn is used to weave long-fiber fabrics through different downstream looms to produce different fabrics. The gray fabrics are dyed for multi-purposes such as suits, dresses, trousers or casual wear.

Application Denier section DTY with different thicknesses can be used to produce high-performance fabrics such as moisture-wicking, anti-UV, antibacterial, and high-elasticity fabrics, which are widely used in branded sportswear, home decoration fabrics, and interior decoration fabrics.
