Applications Divyol Graphite greases are calcium-based greases containing graphite as filler. They are used for general lubrication under comparative high load and low relative displacement of interacting surfaces. They are recommended for leaf springs, hydraulic ramps, plungers, slides, elevator in cables, pantograph pans, as protective of steel wire ropes and certain anti-seize purposes. They are extensively used in various applications of railways such as joints of coaches, tracks, shock absorber, leaf springs, etc. Specifications Graphite Grease-0 meets IS: 408-1981 (Reaffirmed in 1993) and Graphite Grease-1, 2 and 3 meet IS 508-1987 (Reaffirmed 2004) standards.
