Applications: Divyol Knitting Oils VG 22 and VG 32 are specially formulated blends comprising high quality light colored mineral oils and select additives. These oils are recommended for the lubrication of automatic circular knitting machines that are used in modern knitting industry to manufacture a variety of hosiery fabrics. In this automated knitting process, numerous fibers emerge from small guided holes at the top of the machine. The interlacing of the fibers takes place with the continuous movement of one fiber, which moves horizontally in circular motion, and a cylinder shaped ‘grey’ cloth is produced. For the lubrication of these machines, the industry recommends knitting oils with viscosity grade VG 22 and VG 32. Advantages: The blend of Divyol Knitting Oils prevents sludge and acid formation which reduce machine efficiency. These oils also have superior lubricity and non-foaming properties. By providing excellent lubrication, Divyol knitting oils protect moving parts, helping to reduce downtime and energy loss. The additives in it impart anti-wear, anti-rust qualities and enable scouring. These excellent oxidation stability and anti-wear properties combine to extend the service life and productivity of the automatic circular knitting machines. Its enhanced colour stability ensures minimal fabric staining and its high emulsibility makes it washable, thus helping to reduce cost of manufacture. In application by a mist lubrication system, there is also a lesser chance of excess or stray mist.
