Applications: Divyol Wire MET SS is a superior performance aluminium wire drawing fluid formulated using premium grade base stocks and unique synthetic additives. It can also be used for deep drawing of wires, tube drawing, forming, spinning and similar other medium to heavy duty operations of carbon steels and nonferrous metal. It is also suitable as lubricant for dies of different classes. Advantages: Divyol Wire MET SS offers enhanced surface coverage (wetting characteristics) and provides superior surface finish on drawn wires. Its excellent oxidation stability and film strength enable drawing of alloy wires at high speeds and with high oil temperatures. Its optimized viscosity provides better cooling and helps in separating fines. It’s easy in pumping and effective even in boundary lubrication, thereby protecting dies.
