Shuttering Grease Applications Divyol SGX 2 and 3 are calcium based multipurpose greases. These greases have excellent water resistant, anti-rust and anti-corrosive properties. They are recommended for general applications, where temperatures are moderate (below 70 °C). The grease acts as a protective layer on exposed parts and is specially recommended for general chassis lubrication including suspension and steering system. It is also suitable for certain open and semi-enclosed gears as well as chain drives of farm equipment. These greases find extensive usage for mould release in construction application where a thin layer of grease is applied on the inside of the construction mould of concrete. They are also used in paint booths where a particular job or section is to be prevented from spray painting. Advantages Divyol SGX grease provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion for all kinds of metal surfaces. They possess remarkable water resistance and water repellence properties. In construction application it ensures quick release from concrete mould. SGX-2 has a wide surface coverage area.
