(Wire Rope Grease) Applications Divyol Triborol RW is a semi-fluid premium quality grease based on highly refined mineral oil and clay thickener. This highly water-resistant blend is recommended for wire-ropes in automotive and construction applications, especially in coastal environments and even underwater. Advantages Divyol Triborol RW is a unique blend of lubricating solids which reduces internal friction and wear often encountered in multi-strand wire ropes. It forms a thin non-tacky film which prevents buildup of dust and dirt; and is sufficiently fluid enough to penetrate through the strands to the core of the rope. It has excellent lubrication and water-resistance properties that reduce wear on the wires and protect against corrosion even in salt-water environments and underwater, thus maximizing the service life of the rope. Typical Characteristics Divyol Triborol RW can be applied by using a brush, swab or automatic lubricator. The minimum application temperature for this Wire Rope Grease is 0 °C. For best results always, apply Triborol RW Wire Rope Grease to clean, dry ropes. Approximate rope coverage of Triborol RW00 grease, based on a 25mm diameter rope, is 50m/kg.
