This operation requires special, accurate care during the sorting and processing in order to guarantee the homogeneity of each of these respective sizes. Okra Special Okra Small Okra Medium Okra Large Our factory is well known for its expertise in producing the special bamia (okra) conically peeled and of 1-2.5 cm size. Our product is individually manually trimmed one by one in a conical shape and is not cut. Thus, the okra keeps its freshness, high quality and its nutrients. Moreover, our product is free of any filaments or large seeds. GIVREX provides Egyptian okra (7 angles) as well as the Turkish / Greek variety (5 angles).
