Used predominately in LED and high-power applications where rapid heat dissipation is needed. IMS PCB's are single sided FR4 PCB's with solid metal (Copper or Aluminium) base or backing. The Top side allows for traditional component placement, while the bottom metal side provides excellent heat dissipation from the components. The top circuit and the base metal are separated by an FR4 epoxy resin insulation layer. Highlights: ● Materials, Cu/FR4 or Aluminium/FR4 ● Outlines include CNC routing, Punching, V-Scoring ● All surface finishes available ● Thermal conductivity up-to 5W/mK ● Soldermask - White, Black, Green, others on request.
