This technique offers a very efficient de-panelling process after PCB assembly. The design and manufacturing of punch tooling are all within Glory Faith's fully equipped toolroom keeping cost and timing to a minimum. Highlights: ● Compatible with FR1, FR2, CEM1, CEM3 & FR4 ● Fast and efficient de-paneling out of the array at assembly ● No gap between PCB and array ensuring no solder flow to top side at wave soldering
