Typical Application: Dust covers are used for protecting the male and female pin of the unplugged PV connectors from dust and water ingress. Applications include PV harnesses, combiner box connections, inverter DC array input and DC fed tracker actuators. Field installations also sometimes require temporary protection of connectors in exposed areas, like deserts.
