Description

INDOFLAT is manufactured using E-glass fiber with proprietary resin system and is rectangular in shape. It is available in Hard coated surface, which allows easy of handling. Hard coat provides very smooth surface. Any dimensions, as per customer requirement can be supplied on regular spools.

Product Application

INDOFLAT di-electric is designed to be used as an dielectric armour in very rugged cables, such as, Rodent Resistant cables, Direct Burial cable, Bullet Resistant aerial cable, Submarine cable, etc. It is generally applied helically on to the cable which provides high degree of flexibility, with reduce thickness and higher tensile strength & modulus performance without adding bulk. It is most suited for loose tube, uni-tube, ribbon cable, & typically used as peripheral reinforcement in fiber optic cables. It is typically embedded in the jacket or stranded over cable core.

The cable manufactured with INDOFLAT would be lower in diameter, lighter in weight, corrosion free, di-electric in nature, rodent resistance & corrosion resistant, offering longevity and durability.
