Description

It is manufactured using Latest and precise INDOLINE technology using glass fiber roving and proprietary resin system and than coated with suitable coating material like EAA, acrylics, EVA, PP, etc. The coating thickness ranges from 10 micron to 50 microns.

The cable manufactured with INDOLINE C would be higher in strength, higher in flexibility with anti buckling feature, lower in diameter, lighter in weight, corrosion free and di-electric in nature, offering longevity and durability.

INDOLINE C is available in diameter ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm. Long continuous standard lengths FRP rod, up to 150 Kms per Spool, improves yield & productivity on the factory floor.

Product Application

INDOLINE C has been specially developed for improving the performance of cable thru adhesion of FRP rod to jacketing material like PE, PVC, LSHS. INDOLINE C is specially suitable where, FRP rod is up jacketed to build up diameter in loose tube or ribbon cable. INDOLINE C is also embedded in jacket in uni tube type Aerial cable to enhance load bearing capacity and creep performance. Some of the coating options available are D BOND – has good balance of adhesion and peel off strength, which offers ease of installation. Its main application are Aerial drop cable, butter fly cable, FTTH Cable, etc.

MB5 – This offers higher adhesion properties and reasonable peel off strength. The main applications are up-jacketed FRP rod, long span aerial drop cable, slotted core, etc.
