Emulprene 1012 is a high viscosity hot emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer, polymerized using fatty acid emulsifier and coagulated with salt-acid. It is very light color product stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant.

Applications: Emulpene 1012 is the high molecular weight version of Emulprene 1006, particularly useful as binder for fibrous materials and adhesives where increased cohesive strength is desired.

Packing This product is commercialized in 34 kg +/- 1 Kg rectangular bales individually wrapped in low melting point polyethylene film and shipped in 36 bale cardboard boxes.

Uses Emulprene 1012 is the high molecular weight version of Emulprene 1006, particularly useful as binder for fibrous materials and adhesives where increased cohesive strength is desired.
